Applicants applying under the 489 visa still require only 85 points. Waiting times under the 489 visa are currently at least 2 months.
Pro-rata occupation:
Proportional occupations are classified as occupations where the demand for the place exceeds the available location. These occupations usually score higher than non-pro rata occupations.
